All businesses and service providers listed on the platform operate independently and are solely responsible for their services, pricing, availability, policies, customer communications and contractual obligations.

4. Bookings and Agreements

Any booking request, reservation, agreement, payment arrangement, cancellation, modification or dispute is entered into directly between the customer and the partner business.

Cretavil.com and Booking.Cretavil.com are not parties to any agreement between customers and partners.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Partner misconduct
• Customer misconduct

6. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, Cretavil.com and Booking.Cretavil.com do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy or reliability of any listing, description, photograph, availability information or pricing displayed on the platform.

7. Partner Listings

Partners are solely responsible for the content they publish, including descriptions, photographs, pricing, availability, promotions and contact information.

Cretavil reserves the right to edit, suspend or remove listings that violate applicable laws, platform rules or community standards.

The Cretavil name, logo, website design, platform features and proprietary content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
